enjoying the cloak of orange that comes with late winter afternoons
in between the odd days of rain
the umber and gold that comes with the setting sun
the shorter lengths of shadows
the stronger shroud of light
the warmth of night time fires
winter.... there are the things I will miss

I love this post, its very pretty, though I cant say I miss winter :) but I do see the beauty in those things you write even if only to respect the earths cycles.
I miss my Pottsville fires. I'm looking at investing in a fire pit although Id rather not pay someone to be enjoying a fire. Any ideas?
