dandelions plucked and collected
rich in pungent and comforting yellow
followed by a feverish and flushed cheeked saturday afternoon nap
I am posting better late than never
and moving into the whirlwind that is week two
after my unexpected phone call
I may be absent a little longer yet but it's hard to stay away from this space
I am missing all my favourite places here
my moments of escape and inspiration
I know I'll see you soon

Dandelions make me smile. I receive quite a few of those bouquets in the summer.
